Modulartownhouses provides architectural spatial modeling, prefabricated joint audits, and structural 3D drafting services exclusively for the engineering and pre-fabricated construction sector. We do not engage in real estate brokerage, property listings, or direct apartment sales. All deliverables are technical in nature and intended for licensed engineers, fabricators, and developers.
You agree to provide accurate project specifications, structural data, and access to relevant documentation. You are responsible for verifying that any third-party designs or materials comply with applicable local building codes. Misrepresentation of project scope or structural conditions may result in termination of services without liability to Modulartownhouses.
Our reports, models, and audits are advisory and based on the information provided. Modulartownhouses shall not be held liable for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete client-supplied data, unauthorized modifications to our deliverables, or use of our work for purposes outside the agreed scope. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fee paid for the specific project.
All 3D models, audit reports, drawings, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Modulartownhouses until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the intended project. Redistribution, resale, or reuse of our work for unrelated projects is prohibited without written consent.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Modulartownhouses reserves the right to suspend work immediately if the client fails to provide required data, makes fraudulent representations, or violates any term of this agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the effective date.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
